The hotel is amazing: I am literally copying and pasting what I shared on my personal social media Tokyo to all my friends: Remm Kyobashi - Brand new - Location:11/10 direct connection from Haneda airport via subway Keikyu line, 8mins walk to Tokyo station (it’s like central station in Sydney but much bigger and more connections) if there is a Shinkansen transfer to other region on the itinerary one station away or 10 mins walk from Ginza which is one of the three CBDs in Tokyo, and the shopping paradise. Amenities 10/10 - the rain shower is like a waterfall, there is a massage chair in the room ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️such a thoughtful idea/ USB charging ports ; two choices of pillows on the standard setup - memory foam and normal; the soundproof and light blocks are fabulous for light sleepers like me. ❤️Luggage same day delivery: if you are changing hotels in during your stay in Tokyo (within the 23 Tokyo districts)you could organize the luggage to be delivered rather than dragging them along as there are a lot of stairs in Tokyo. - Great value for money - Room Size is Tokyo Standard - Very friendly staff who speaks fluent English and very helpful

Very good location, easy access to subway as it’s just right in front of the hotel, 5mins walk to Ginza , 7-11 next doors and nice supermarket called Mediya at the opposite. It’s not too crowded compare to tourist spot like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya. Also just found out that subway station (A12 Takaracho - Asakusa Line) bound to Airport - Haneda / Narita is just about the corner (3-4mins walk from the hotel), there is an elevator A7 - platform 2 bound to Narita and A8 platform 1 bound to Haneda. It took me only 35mins the whole journey to Haneda Airport (Start from walking from the hotel to Tarakacho A8 exit and bound to Habeda Airport by limited express train and only ¥547 :-)))) Clean & New, all essential stuffs are provided. It’s ECO & sustainable hotel so you have to pick up some amenity you really want it at reception area ie. Toothbrush set, shower cap, cotton set and you can also choose making up room option. Good idea! Water pressure in the bathroom is great!

Everything worked perfectly. Temperature control worked well. Blackout window shade was 100% effective. Pleasant breakfast; the restaurant also offers lunch. Good lighting in the room. Wifi was solid and fast, and no hassle: logged in once per device, and each device stayed online all week. The hotel is located right at a subway entrance (Kyobashi stop on the Ginza line). Across the street is a complex, Kyobashi Edogrand, with numerous, varied restaurants. The hotel's street becomes the main thoroughfare of the Ginza a few blocks to the south. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast with various Western and Japanese offerings was kept well stocked. Bathroom was excellent: shower stall has two shower heads, and the door arrangement is such that nothing drips outside of the shower stall. The hotel is on floors 7 to 14 of its building; lower floors are offices, with a 7-11 convenience store at street level.

This hotel is in the most perfect location in Ginza (a very nice area!). The staff were attentive and responsive. It is literally right next to Koyabashi metro stop and very close to Tokyo central station for the Shinkansen connections. At night it was lovely to stroll down the streets window shopping or normal shopping as it’s also near to the famous stationery store (Ginza Itoya) and the Ginza Mitsukoshi department store. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast good, varied and plentiful. Worth adding it also has tv that connects to not just Japanese tv which is a plus if you’re travelling alone. All in all this is a real gem of a place. (I only gave it 9 as I never give 10 ratings!).

Location: The subway entrance was literally steps outside of the front door. Ginza was a 5 minute walk away. Room: The bed was very comfortable and I’m currently trying to find their pillow so I can buy one for myself. Amenities: All amenities provided with some available to refill as needed by the front desk. Staff: I notice a staff member by the front desk anytime I came by to grab more needed amenities. They have a sign on the door to let the cleaning staff know if you need the room to be cleaned or left alone. They also have an option to just change out the towels. Bonus: The massage chair was very much appreciated after long days of walking around everywhere.
